Tucked in the mountains of east Asheville, the location of this home is truly spectacular. It is 10-12 minutes to the Biltmore Estate, 10-12 minutes to downtown Asheville, 5 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway and very convenient to I-40 and 240. Also 5 minutes from the home is our local coffee shop called Filo, the Asheville Municipal Golf Course, yoga studios, Azalea dog park, Ingles Market and our local pub, East Village Grill. The home is also just a 35 minute drive from the Asheville Regional Airport.

Relax on the back patio, just steps from the kitchen, while cooking up family favorites on the large charcoal grill. Relax around the fire on warm summer evenings or cool spring and fall nights, telling stories and cooking S'Mores. Watch your kids play in the large front yard, wrap around decks or veranda. They can also join the neighborhood kids in bicycling around the cul-de-sac and other dead end streets. Enjoy the rocking chair front porch with four rockers to enjoy.

Spread out in the large king beds and walk-in closets found in each of the 3 spacious upstairs bedrooms. Relax in the the large garden tub in the attached master bathroom or the very spacious full bath located in the upstairs hallway.

Walk barefoot on the beautiful cherry hardwood floors throughout the main level. Get familiar with the large spacious kitchen stocked by myself, a chef. Chop away on my favorite rolling block cutting board or eat out every night, it is Asheville after all. Relax in the cozy living room with large flat screen TV with all you can watch Netflix already set up and high speed internet.
The spacious main level bedroom is complete with king bed and day bed, perfect for reading or a sleeping space. As a minimalist you'll find what you need but not much clutter in my home. The dining room, one of my favorite areas, has a fantastic barn-wood table that seats 6-8and some additional seating is available in the comfortable kitchen bar stools and downstairs.

The basement boasts 2 king bedrooms with a jack and jill full bath. There is a spacious living room area with chesterfield sofa and day bed. The cute country kitchen is a great space to prepare extra snacks for your guests, make your own coffee, and ensure that everyone has their space for a cohesive trip with friends and family.
Entertain your kids or guests with the always accessible game room that includes an additional flat screen TV, foosball table, board games, and small pool table. For a basement with no windows it feels cozy with taller ceilings and modern but simple design. It is not fancy but its comfortable with memory foam mattresses and plenty of space for your extra guests for entertaining and enjoying board game night.

Tunnel Road hosts shopping and restaurants, as well as leading you right into downtown (only 6.5 miles, 10 Minutes!). The home is just two miles off of Tunnel Road near the VA hospital. If you'd like to visit West Asheville or the River Arts District its all a short drive, it is convenient to I-240, I-40, and all of Asheville.
You are only 2 miles to Filo, a local coffee shop featuring excellent coffee and baked goods. East Village Grille with fantastic wings, grouper ruben sandwich, and huge greek salads, it's one of my favorite places to eat in town. (it's right next door to Filo) I am a chef so I will have plenty of great places to recommend. It's very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. You could easily ride your bicycle and get on the parkway to enjoy a beautiful bike ride and/or hike from one of the nearby trails.

4:30 PM check-in and 10:00 AM check out am check out with early and late check outs allowed when available. Please do not request this more than 24 hours in advance of your stay/departure. Early check in and late check out are more limited at this time due to the extra cleaning requirements.

Quiet and friendly but not nosy, convenient to lots of restaurants, shopping, about a mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway! You could safely and easily ride your bike to the Parkway entrance from my home. Please drive slowly through our quiet, dead end neighborhood.

Maximum occupancy is 14 plus 1 child under 2. You should include all adults, children, and babies over 1 year old that will visit the property in your guest count. Your total guest count should include all day and overnight visitors that will physically visit the property over the duration of your stay. Children under 1 years old do not need to be counted.
ID and signed rental agreement are required at the time of your reservation. If you have any questions about how this works please reach out to us prior to booking. Deposit is charged 20 days prior to arrival and released 14 days after departure. We allow a maximum of 1 dog per group, up to 45 lbs. Second pets will be considered on a case by case basis. There are additional restrictions so please contact us prior to booking with your pets age, weight, and breed so we can approve or deny them.
********* Government issued ID, signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking. Please note, that we do have exterior security cameras on site. If you do not submit your ID and sign the rental agreement within 24 hours of booking and your arrival date is more than 14 days in advance, your reservation will be canceled and you will receive a full refund, minus a $300 administration fee and 3% credit card processing fees. If your arrival date is within 14 days and you do not submit your ID and sign the rental agreement within 24 hours of booking, your reservation will be canceled and you will received a partial refund, only if your dates are rebooked by another traveler. It is beyond our control to refund any third party service/booking/insurance fees, however, you are welcome to pursue your refund options, if any, with those individual companies.
